Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cm thick piece of ginger
- 1 green apple
- 200 ml coconut water
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation:
- Wash the baby spinach, apple, cucumber piece and celery sticks thoroughly. Roughly chop the cucumber and celery and add to the blender along with the baby spinach.
- Peel the ginger with a teaspoon and put the 1 cm thick piece in the blender.
- Fill up with coconut water and the juice of half a lemon and puree until creamy for about 2 minutes. Ideally, drink and enjoy the freshly mixed smoothie while chewing.
