Who is it suitable for?
PMS Relief is specifically designed for biological women who want to naturally relieve premenstrual symptoms in the second half of their cycle. It aims to reduce common complaints such as cramps, mood swings and bloating and to support hormonal balance.
This product is not suitable for people who are taking hormonal contraceptives or who are breastfeeding.
Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with water before breakfast. Increase the dose to two capsules during the 14-day luteal phase (begins after ovulation).
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you can mix the contents into water or a meal.
