Dosage and intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but also at another time without any problems.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, it can also be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yoghurt.
Take 1-2 capsules if required with or after a meal with a glass of water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules.
