Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but can also be taken at any other time.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into either water or yoghurt.

What happens in my body when I take Dermabacs®?
Nach der Einnahme gelangen die enthaltenen Bakterienstämme durch den Magen-Darm-Trakt in den Darm, wo sie sich vorübergehend ansiedeln können. Dort kommen sie mit der natürlichen Darmflora in Kontakt. Inulin dient dabei als Nahrungsquelle für die enthaltenen Kulturen.
Zu Beginn der Einnahme von Dermabacs® kann es zu einer kurzen Anpassungsphase kommen, in der sich das individuelle Mikrobiom auf die neue Kombination aus Bakterienstämmen und Ballaststoffen einstellt. In dieser Zeit sind vorübergehende Begleiterscheinungen wie Blähungen, Völlegefühl oder Magenknurren möglich. Diese klingen in der Regel nach einer kurzen Zeit ab. Sollten Beschwerden länger als zwei Wochen anhalten, wird empfohlen, ärztlichen Rat einzuholen.
