zinc

immune system

Over 70% of immune cells are located in the gut. Zinc also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.¹

Gut-skin axis

There is a close exchange between the gut and the skin. Changes in the gut can influence the skin via immune system processes and inflammatory reactions. The balance of intestinal bacteria is also being scientifically studied in this context.

The gut-skin axis explained

The gut-skin axis describes the complex connection between the digestive system and skin health. Current research shows that an imbalance in the gut can promote skin problems such as acne, eczema or inflammation.

This is because the gut plays a central role in immune regulation and the control of systemic inflammation, which directly affects the skin's appearance and resistance.

Dermabacs® at a glance!

What happens in my body when I take Dermabacs®?

After ingestion, the contained bacterial strains pass through the gastrointestinal tract into the intestine, where they can temporarily colonize. There, they come into contact with the natural intestinal flora. Inulin serves as a food source for the contained cultures. When first taking Dermabacs®, a short adjustment phase may occur during which the individual microbiome adjusts to the new combination of bacterial strains and fiber. During this time, temporary side effects such as bloating, a feeling of fullness, or stomach rumbling are possible. These usually subside after a short time. If symptoms persist for more than two weeks, it is recommended to seek medical advice.

How is the safety and quality of Dermabacs® ensured?

mybacs® has its products tested by independent laboratories to ensure that they comply with regulations and guidelines and to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.

Can I take Dermabacs® and Dietbacs® together?

Yes, Dermabacs® and Dietbacs® can be taken together, as they serve different purposes. Dermabacs® are designed to help establish a skin-friendly routine, while the ingredients in Dietbacs® are specifically formulated to support a metabolic routine.

Can I take Dermabacs® if I want to have a baby, am pregnant or breastfeeding?

In general, there is nothing against taking the product during phases such as trying to conceive, pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, mybacs® does not want to make general recommendations during such sensitive periods of life. We therefore recommend that you consult your doctor before taking it to ensure that the product is tailored to your individual needs.
