What happens in my body when I take Dermabacs®?
After ingestion, the contained bacterial strains pass through the gastrointestinal tract into the intestines, where they can temporarily settle. There, they come into contact with the natural gut flora. Inulin serves as a food source for the included cultures.
At the beginning of taking Dermabacs®, there may be a short adjustment phase during which the individual microbiome adapts to the new combination of bacterial strains and dietary fibers. During this time, temporary side effects such as bloating, a feeling of fullness, or stomach rumbling may occur. These usually subside after a short period. If symptoms persist for more than two weeks, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
