What are mybacs® Rewards?
With our mybacs® Rewards loyalty program, we want to thank you. You can earn points through a variety of interactions and redeem them for your favorite products in our shop as a percentage discount. Participation in our mybacs® Rewards loyalty program is of course free and entails no obligations.
How can I participate in the loyalty program?
It’s easy: sign up here for free and create your account. After successfully registering, we’ll immediately credit your account with your first 100 points, and you can start earning and redeeming them right away.
When will points be credited to my account?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our system to fully record points for interactions. For all purchases: Your points will be credited once your order has been shipped.
How can I redeem my points?
Log in to your customer account. There you can see your current points balance and available discounts. Shop for your favorite products as usual. During the ordering process, before completing your order, you can redeem your discount code. 1,000 points = 10%, 1,500 points = 15%, 2,000 points = 20%, 2,500 points = 25%. The loyalty discount requires a minimum order value of €39 and can be applied to all products. No additional discount code can be applied when redeeming your loyalty points.
How many points do I need to receive a discount?
Once you have collected 1,000 points, you can look forward to reaching your first reward tier and receiving your first discount of 10%. The more points you collect, the higher your discount will be.
When do my points expire?
Your points automatically expire 12 months after you earn them. So remember to redeem them within a year!
What benefits do I get as a subscriber?
As a subscription customer, you enjoy several benefits. For example, depending on the product, you save up to 25% compared with a one-time purchase. You also benefit from the mybacs® subscription benefits, and as a mybacs® Rewards Member, you collect twice as many points with every purchase as everyone else.
I signed up for mybacs® Rewards but didn't receive any points.
Points are only credited for purchases made after registering for mybacs® Rewards. Sometimes it takes a few hours - please be patient. If the points do not appear, contact us at support@mybacs.com. If necessary, we can add them manually.
