Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but you can also take it at any other time.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into either water or yoghurt.
If needed, take one capsule with water approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you can mix the contents into water or a meal.
