Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but it can also be taken at another time without any problem.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, it can be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yogurt as an alternative.
Important notes: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with a weakened immune system. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Take one sachet daily of Dailybacs® Kids before breakfast. Taking Dailybacs® Kids is very easy: simply open the sachet and pour the contents directly into the mouth. Alternatively, the contents can be stirred into yogurt or water.

Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) once daily with 100 ml of still water.
Children from 6 years: half a tablespoon (approx. 5-7.5 ml) once daily with 50-100 ml of still water.
Children up to 6 years: as soon as they eat at the table, 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) once daily with 50 ml of still water.
