For the smoothie bowl

  • ripe banana(s)

  • g frozen mango pieces

  • ml coconut milk

  • g oat flakes

  • tbsp puffed quinoa

  • saffron threads

  • tsp ashwagandha (powder)

  • organic lemon

  • tbsp coconut chips

  • tsp natural beekeeper honey

  • tsp puffed quinoa

  • tbsp “Good Mood” granola

For the “Good Mood” granola

  • g whole grain oat flakes

  • tbsp puffed quinoa

  • dates

  • tbsp banana chips

  • tsp chia seeds

  • tsp turmeric powder

  • tsp organic lemon zest

  • tbsp maple syrup

Ingredients:
(for 1-2 people)

for the smoothie bowl:
1 ripe banana
150 g frozen mango pieces
150 ml coconut milk (from a can)
50 g oat flakes
2 tbsp puffed Quinoa
1-3 strands of saffron
1 tsp Ashwagandha (powder)
½ organic lemon, zest
as desired (topping):
1 tbsp coconut chips
1 tsp natural beekeeper honey or vegan Alternative: maple syrup
1 tsp puffed quinoa
+ 1 tbsp Mood Up granola


Preparation:

  1. Peel the banana and puree with frozen mango pieces, coconut milk, oatmeal, puffed quinoa, saffron threads and ashwagandha powder for about 2 minutes to a smooth, viscous smoothie mass.
  2. Rinse the lemon with hot water. Finely grate the lemon zest with a grater. Put the bowl in the mixer as well and mix briefly again.
  3. Place the smoothie bowl in a bowl or two and decorate with coconut chips, some all-natural beekeeper honey or maple syrup, and puffed quinoa and Mood Up granola as you like. Enjoy straight away.

“Good Mood” Granola

Ingredients:
(for approx. 1 glass of 300 g each)

100 g pithy rolled oats
2 tbsp puffed quinoa
5 dates, pitted
2 tbsp banana chips
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp organic lemon zest
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp maple syrup


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for circulating air.
  2. Chop dates.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, mix the granola well with two tablespoons so that no pieces stick together and leave to cool on the tray. Top muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl directly or store dry in a screw-top jar in the pantry or give away.
