Preparation

Thoroughly wash the peach, halve it, remove the pit, and cut two thin slices to set aside. Cut the remaining peach into pieces.

Thoroughly wash two leaves of lemon balm or mint.

Blend rosé wine with ice cubes, peach pieces, herb leaves, and a bit of vanilla in a mixer for about 1 minute.

Place a peach slice on the rim of each of two cocktail glasses. Fill the glasses with Peach Frosé and garnish with the remaining lemon balm or mint leaves. Serve and enjoy ice cold.
