Dosage and intake
Please shake well before use.
Recommended daily intake: 1 ampoule per day.
Beautybacs® can either be drunk directly from the ampoule or diluted in juice or water. It is recommended to take the dose in the morning before breakfast.
Regular use is recommended for long-lasting results.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
Daily One capsule for breakfast to take. The preparation can also be taken at another time with a meal without any problems.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, the contents can be stirred into water or a meal.

Dr. Wolfgang Gräf studied human medicine in Regensburg, Berlin and Munich, where he received his doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University. In his practice in Stuttgart, his focus is on sports medicine, in particular on optimizing athletes' performance. He has intensively studied the role of the microbiome in the health and performance of athletes and brings this expertise to his work.

Dr. med Neha Tanna is a medical doctor from London. She worked as a general practitioner for many years before moving into the life sciences industry where she held various positions in pharmaceutical companies. She has an MBA from London Business School where she fell in love with working with entrepreneurs and start-ups. Since then, she has worked at a startup medical device company as well as several healthcare accelerators and VCs, most recently at a global venture builder focused on early stage technology companies.
