Dosage and intake
Take 3 × 10 drops (1.36 ml) daily.
The drops can be placed directly on the tongue or on a teaspoon. Shake well before use. The drops can be taken before or after meals.
Important notes: The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children. Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers or people with known intolerances to any of the ingredients. Daily One capsule for breakfast to take. The preparation can also be taken at another time with a meal without any problems.

DAILY BITTER contains 11 plant and herbal extracts with high-quality bitter substances that are often under-represented in the modern diet. It has been specially formulated with dandelion and licorice root to support digestion*. The centaury it contains also supports a normal appetite*. Thanks to apple cider vinegar, Daily Bitter has a particularly mild formulation without alcohol.
