Postbiotics
Postbiotics are bioactive compounds that are created or released by the fermentation of food by bacteria. They include various substances such as short-chain fatty acids, enzymes, peptides and cell wall components that remain active even after the bacteria die. These compounds have the potential to support gut health and modulate the immune system by acting on the body in a similar way to live probiotics. In our case, these metabolites come from a heat-treated bacterial strain that has been specifically selected.
