Conditions of participation for the ROSSMANN competition
1. organizer
The organizer of the competition is mybacs Vertriebs GmbH, Infanteriestraße 11a, 80797 Munich, Germany, gewinnspiel-retail@mybacs.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The competition is not affiliated with ROSSMANN and is not sponsored, supported or organized by ROSSMANN.
2. eligibility to participate
2.1 Only natural persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
2.2 Employees of the organizer and relatives within the meaning of §15 AO are excluded from participation.
2.3 Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge. The purchase of products or services from the organizer has no influence on the chances of winning.
2.4 Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate.
3. opportunity to participate
3.1 The prerequisite for participation in the competition is the purchase of at least one mybacs® product in a ROSSMANN store in the period from 08.09.2025 to 12.10.2025.
3.2 The receipt serves as proof of purchase and entitles you to participate. It can be uploaded via the entry form on the website https://mybacs.com/pages/rossmann-gewinnspiel.
3.3 For full participation, the form must be completed correctly, the terms and conditions of participation accepted and the details submitted by confirming the "Submit" button.
3.4 Multiple entries are excluded. Each person may only submit one entry form as part of the competition.
4 Conditions of participation
4.1 The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the competition if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of the conditions of participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action against these persons.
4.2 In the event of suspected manipulation, etc., the organizer may request that the original receipt be sent by post and stop the prize processing until the receipt is received.
4.3 The organizer is entitled not to award prizes if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of the conditions of participation, manipulation, etc.
5 Closing date
The closing date for the competition is 12.10.2025 at 23:59:59 (German time). After this time, participation is no longer possible. Receipts that are uploaded after the deadline will no longer be eligible for participation.
6 Prize
6.1 Among all eligible participants, the first 500 people will each receive a Radiant Glow Pouch (with 30 capsules) worth €39.95 free of charge.
6.2 Prizes will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. The time of complete and timely receipt of the entry documents is decisive.
7 Notification of winnings
7.1 The winners will be notified by the organizer by email within four weeks of the closing date.
7.2 Notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the entry form. If a prize notification cannot be delivered, the organizer is not obliged to make further inquiries or contact the winner again.
8 Winner receipt
8.1 The prize will be handed over by post.
8.2 The participants themselves are responsible for the correctness of the address of residence provided. If the prize cannot be handed over due to an incorrect or incomplete name or address, the organizer is not obliged to make further inquiries.
8.3 The claim to the prize shall lapse if the prize cannot be handed over within one month of the first notification of the prize for reasons attributable to the winner.
8.4 For verification purposes, participants must keep the original receipt for receipt of the prize until 31.12.2025 and send it to the Organizer upon request. For this purpose, the participant will receive a pre-stamped and addressed envelope at the postal address provided by him/her, which can be used to send the receipt.
9 Data protection
9.1 The organizer collects and processes the personal data of the participants exclusively on the basis of their consent and for the purpose of conducting the competition in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) and b) GDPR.
9.2 The data collected will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the processing of the competition or there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. exclusion of liability
10.1 The organizer assumes no liability for technical problems or data loss that are beyond its control.
10.2 The organizer is only liable for material defects or defects of title in the prize within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular in accordance with §276 BGB.
10.3 The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment or the service, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent behavior (§280 BGB).
11. reservation clause
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
12 Miscellaneous
12.1 Cash payment of prizes is excluded. Prize claims are not transferable or assignable. Legal recourse is excluded.
12.2 Should individual provisions of this participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The organizer also reserves the right to amend these conditions of participation at any time.
